Returns Policy
Time Frame: Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
The return will be processed in 7-8 days .
Cancellation Policy
As a policy, we do not cancel any order; customer can cancel their orders placed on the portal. However, if there are changes in the delivery slot time you requested or the address given is not in our delivery list of areas as specified or due to any other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the order. Please note: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Refund Policy
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed & credited within 7-8 business days. we don’t provide any exchange or replacement
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
